|Recommended: YesI love this place Resigned my lease for next year The whole place is very clean and the staff is always willing to help especially Sarah It is walking distance to all of my classes, bunch of fast food and restaurants, and Publix. It has a tanning area pool and a gym.

|Recommended: YesAmazing Place to Live — Eclipse has been amazing. I’ve never had a noise issue, package problem or management issues. The office staff and maintenance are so attentive to issues and always make sure things are resolved. The location on Madison by all the social locations combined with its distance from campus makes it a top place to live. Of my 4 years, it easily surpasses any other apartment complex I’ve lived at. 10 10 recommend to anyone

|Recommended: YesMy experience living at Eclipse on Madison — I've genuinely enjoyed living at Eclipse the last four years. The apartments are beautiful and full of natural light without completely breaking the bank. Andrew our maintenance tech is lovely and does an awesome job keeping the property sparkling. Sarah our leasing and marketing director is fun spirited and easy to talk to. Calvin our general manager always has us laughing. I just love the small knit community and knowing so many faces win the hall. Eclipse has been a true home.

|Recommended: NoTerrible Renewal Lease Documentation — I am just a guarantor, as my son lives there. However, I found it crazy difficult to electronically sign this lease. Whoever designed and approved this has no clue.

Great location, the rooms and common areas are very spacious, and the staff here are very kind. Maintenance requests also usually get taken care of in a timely manner.
