|Recommended: YesBest College Town Complex — The staff in the office are amazing. Move in day was so easy and smooth. Maintenance fixes all issues the same day they are requested. The hallways and elevator are always clean with no trash. The noise level in the complex is quiet. I enjoy living here and I am excited to renew

|Recommended: YesExcellent - Flexible and friendly — So far its been awesome, Calvin along with his team Adam and Brianna have been the best. They are available and communicate so that parents can be supportive for their students. We had an issue with parking and Calvin and team told me they would do their best and they did. These days - it says alot about the company to have people who care about their tenants. Thank you team for having our back

|Recommended: YesAmazing property — The apartment building is very nice and always clean. Maintenance is always on time and quick to fix any issues you have. The actual unit has a very spacious kitchen common area with modern appliances and the rooms are spacious and clean also. There is a very nice patio area The front office is very nice and I never had any issues with package delivery. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and it is definitely worth the price.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live with a great staff — In comparison to the other apartments in the area, this complex is the most inexpensive and quality apartment. The living spaces are large with great lighting. The office staff is kind and attentive.
